Free Shipping on Orders over $199 CAD: We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $199 CAD within Canada. This offer applies to all provinces and territories within Canada. International shipping rates may apply to orders outside of Canada.

Delivery and Setup in Muskoka Region: For customers located in the Muskoka region, we offer free delivery and setup service for all orders. Our trained professionals will deliver your order and set it up at your preferred location. Please contact our customer service team for more details.

Shipping Options: We offer a range of shipping options, including standard shipping, express shipping, and overnight shipping. Shipping rates will vary based on the weight and size of your order, as well as your location.

 

Delivery Timeframe: We strive to process and ship all orders within 1-2 business days of receiving your order.

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer the following return policy:

Unopened Returns: You may return any unopened products within 30 days of the original purchase date for a full refund, minus shipping costs. The product must be in its original packaging and in resalable condition. You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Opened Returns: Due to potential issues with glassware, we cannot accept returns on opened products after 7 days of the original purchase date. If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us immediately, and we will work with you to find a solution.
